Last night sure was fun. After I ate at 3:30 a.m. I fussed and fidgeted for a while and then I barfed all over the bed. Luckily Daddy decided that he had had enough sleep and got up with me so Mommy could sleep on his side of the bed. Daddy and I hung out downstairs for a few hours until I fell back asleep then he brought me back to Mommy.
When I woke up again Daddy was gone to work. Auntie Rachel arrived and we packed up Mommy’s car for our first road-trip. We drove all the way to Peterborough. It was really far but I enjoyed the car ride there.
Once we arrived in Peterborough I got to meet Aunt Betty and Uncle Ken. I also saw Cousin Karen again. Grandma Marjorie was there for a visit too. Everyone was happy to see me and Aunt Betty took lots of pictures. After a while it was time to go home.
The drive home wasn’t as much fun because there was so much traffic. I hate traffic so I decided to tell Mommy how unhappy I was. Then Mommy got unhappy because I was unhappy so we had to pull over at the side of the road and calm down a little. We stopped at Yorkdale Mall for dinner and then came home to Daddy. Love Charlie.
