Well it looks like its gonna be harder for Daddy to do updates this summer that we thought. Vacation sure is hard work! Sorry everyone, perhaps we will try to do weekly updates instead of daily. Maybe that will work better for us. Today’s entry will be a little long as I try to catch up. I may have forgotten some of the fun stuff I did over the past two weeks but I will try give you an idea of some of the things I have done.

Day 49
This was so long ago I cant remember what happened. I hope that I didn’t do anything spectacular today and have forgotten all about it.
Day 50
Grandma Barbie had a party for all her friends at the cottage today. I got to go with Mommy and Auntie Sarah, but Daddy wasn’t allowed to come. He went and kayaked instead. I got to meet Cousin Elle for the first time today. She is a little older than me and can do so many cool things. She can hold her head up and she can even sit all by herself. I visited with all the ladies and everyone was so happy to see me. They played pass the baby all day. Eventually Daddy was allowed to come back and he was super tired. We went right to sleep.
Day 51
Today Mommy and Daddy got a new bed delivered to the cottage. I guess that Daddy’s old bed was just a little too small for all three of us. I don’t really mind if he sleeps in another bed, as long as I get to sleep with Mom. I met Uncle Beau and Elijah for the first time today. We hung out at the cottage and played with Molly. She sure can jump and swim. I even dipped my feet in the lake today. It was a little cold, but I still liked it. In the evening we went home to get ready for the week.
Day 52
Today we went on our first real family field trip. We got in the car and drove across the city to the zoo. We met up with Daddy’s friend Ben, Stephanie and their kids, Gabriel and Joshua. We walked all around the zoo and saw lots of great animals. My favourites were the polar bears and the African Penguins. We were all so tired that halfway through the day all the kiddies fell asleep.
Day 53
I had a really good sleep last night, almost seven hours in a row. Yay me! Mommy, Amy, and Rebecca went out for a yummy lunch and I got to stay home with Dad. We chilled out and played a little Gran Turismo on the PS3. When Mommy got home we drove up to the cottage. I finally got to meet Uncle Jason. He sure dresses fancy. I hope that I don’t barf on him, his clothes look expensive.
Day 54
We got to sleep in the new bed last night and boy was it comfortable. When we got up Grandpa Taylor, Daddy, Uncle Beau and Uncle Jason went to play a round of golf. Mommy and I drove home and picked up Rebecca and Ivy. We then had a nice long drive to Amy and Hélène’s cottage. It is much farther away than my cottage, but I was going to spend the next 3 days with 5 girls . . . WOOHOO (okay one of the girls is Mom, but still, 5 girls!!!)
Day 55
I was a beautiful day today and we spent most of the time just hanging around. We spent some time on the porch and on the dock. I even got to go swimming with Mommy. It was really fun until my bathing suit got wet. I didn’t really like that part very much.
Day 56
Rebecca, Ivy, Mommy and I drove home from Amy’s cottage today. Scott brought over some Pizza hut for dinner. Boy oh boy, I can’t wait until I can try that. It smelled so good.
Day 57
Mommy brought me back to the cottage today. I was so happy to see Daddy and Molly. I missed them so much. I also got to play with Cousin Elle and Cousin Elijah. I bet we are going to have lots of fun when I am a little older. The Aunties and Uncles went out for wings and I got to stay home with Grandma Barbie, Grandpa Taylor, Mommy, Daddy, and Cousin Elijah. We had a yummy dinner and then got to watch a Harry Potter movie. Oh yeah, and Roxi came over to play too. She sure is a crazy doggy. I guess she’s just a normal Viszla!
Day 58
Today we had a big Echlin/Winters family party at the cottage. I got to meet Cousin Donna, Cousin Adrian, Great Uncle Kerry. Also at the party was Auntie Katie, Auntie Sarah, Uncle Jason, Uncle Beau, Cousin Elle, Cousin Elijah, Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa Taylor, Grandma Barbie, and Stacey. Oh yeah, and there were lots of doggies: Molly, Chloe, MacGuyver, Elmo, and Jake. I went for a swim in my life jacket. I didn’t like it at first, but after a while I got used to it and it was pretty fun.
Day 59
We were so tired from all the excitement last week that we just chilled out in the air conditioning at home. We also did lots of loads of laundry. Apparently I make a lot of dirty clothing!
Day 60
Daddy did lots of yard work today. He dug a bunch of holes in the yard. He told me he was trying to fix the sprinkler system . Mommy and I got tired of watching him dig holes so we went inside and chilled out. Eventually he got it working and the lawn got watered. Daddy tells me he can’t wait until I am old enough to help with these fun chores. In the evening when it was cooler we took Molly for a nice walk.
Day 61
We went to Stars and Strollers again today. Baby movies RULE! Today Amy, Hélène, Rebecca, Ivy, Monica, Rayna, Paul, Maryanne, and Lily all met us there to watch the movie. It was lots of fun. We had popcorn, pop and candy. We saw Horrid Bosses. It was pretty good, Daddy laughed a lot. Hélène was even able to sit up by herself to watch the movie. Cool huh? It was a little noisy with all the babies, but it was still super fun. I wonder what movie is playing next week?
