Hey guess what everyone? My umbilical cord fell off today. Yippee. Good thing too because it was really starting to smell yucky. I now have the beginning of a belly button. I wonder if I will get and Innie or and Outtie.
Last night was a little rough in our house. It was so hot even with the air conditioning that I didn’t sleep very well. I guess Mommy and Daddy have been spoiled because I have been such a good baby so far that they weren’t expecting last nights adventure. I was up most of the night and really, I didn’t want to be hanging out all alone so I woke up my parents to spend time with me. As it turns out, Daddy didn’t really appreciate it too much seeing as he had to go to work. I hope he wasn’t too cranky at school today.
Daddy and Molly got up first today and took out the garbage and went for a walk. When they came back we weren’t totally awake, but I wanted Molly to come visit so I let out a little noise. Molly came up and jumped onto the bottom of the bed. She ninja crawled up to my head and gave me lots and lots of kisses. What a nice way to wake up.
Mommy and I got up after Daddy left and had some breakfast and got ready for the day. Rebecca brought Ivy over for a play date. I dressed up special just for Ivy in some new pants and a handsome shirt. My pants are so cool, they have built in shoes that look just like a doggie. Ivy thought I looked very cool! Ivy’s grandma came over to visit too. We had lots of fun.
Daddy came home after school and we snuggled for a while until Mommy’s friend Robyn came over for a visit. Just to show her I loved her at first sight as soon as she picked me up I barfed on her. I love Rebecca a lot too, cause I barfed on her today as well. Don’t forget if you come to visit and I really like you, you might get a special present. Night, Night, Love Charlie.
