Holy moly, it was so hot today. This has been the hottest day of my whole life! Daddy got up super early to get ready for work. He kissed me goodbye and off he went. Sniffle, I miss him already.
Grandma Marjorie arrived soon after Daddy left and we all got ready to go for a car ride. We drove the the eating clinic. When we got there I got weighed and guess what? I gained so much weight this week that I am only 1 oz away from my birthweight. Mommy and Daddy did such a good job feeding me this week, and I did such a good job eating that tonight . . . I get to sleep a little longer between feedings. WOOHOO!!!!!
Grandma Marjorie stayed and played with me all day and we had lots of fun. Then in the afternoon Auntie Kim Ellen and Auntie Colleen brought over Cousin Geordy. Geordy is in Kindergarten and he got to go to school today. I can’t wait until I get to go to school. Geordy has super cool hair, it is long and shaggy. I think I will grow my hair to look just like Geordy’s. Geordy brought lots of toys to play with. I am still a little small but hopefully soon I will be able to play cars with him.
After Auntie Kim Ellen, Auntie Colleen, and Cousin Geordy left we had some dinner. Grandma Marjorie brought a salad dinner. There were lots of different salads but the one that looked best had coconut, marshmallow and fruit. I hope that Mommy has lots of that one so I will get to taste it later.
Grandma Barbie stopped by and dropped off Molly. HOORAY!!! I missed her so much. I am so glad that she is back. Molly ran around the house and smelled me and kissed my feet. The Grandma’s left and Molly and I decided to snuggle on the couch. Oh Molly, you are the bestest doggie in the whole world. Love Charlie.
